Spreadsheets

If you have been around on my channel or my site you’ll have realised I absolutely love a good spreadsheet. In fact spreadsheets are the main reason I created this website, people who watched my videos wanted to be able to download the sheets and have a quick guide on how to use them.

Below I’ve included the spreadsheets I use, I feel most are self explanatory on how to use, however I’ve included some little tips I feel may help. Some spreadsheets may not be uploaded just yet, don’t worry I’m just tidying them up so it’s easier for others to use! Enjoy!

Sheets

Amazon FBA

From my most recent video I showed my tracker for Amazon FBA profit / loss. It’s a bit complex and I’m going to be working on updating it in the next few weeks so it’s more user friendly but for now I’ve uploaded it below. There’s two tabs – first one is blank for you to use, and the second is my sheet so you can see how I entered the details into the sheet for reference.

Money Tracker

The Money Tracker spreadsheet is one I update daily, it allows me to keep track of how my investments are doing, and also how much I’ve made for the current month. As you can see from the image below this was my money tracker at the end of 2021!

Hopefully it’s nice and easy to use straight from the start, just enter in your income sources, what type they are (just put them into whatever categories fit for you) and then enter in the amounts each month. The investments at the bottom you can enter however you want. Personally I enter in how much profit / loss I’ve made that month, so for example above you’ll see my Trading212, I thought tracking the profit/loss would be better than the amount in the account because if I added and extra £100 into my investments the amount would go up and make it look like I’ve had a good month, whereas the profit may actually be done. To keep track of the profit/loss a little easier I’d right click on the cell and create a note, in the note I’d enter the value of my investments, so that the next month all I have to do is quickly work out the change!

Betfair Trading

This spreadsheet is essential if you’re either a pro betfair trader or even just a beginner. It’ll keep track of your trades, your running profit / loss, as well as the percentage your trades are currently running at.

As you can see from the example above, all you need to enter is the date of the trade, the game/match/race you’re trading and then of course the method, stake and profit/loss.

You’ll then see the % table populate automatically, as well as the £100/250/1000 columns. These columns allow you to see what you’re running profit/loss would be if all your trades had the same value staked. Something that is perfect for beginners who are maybe only using small stakes, this will help you visualize what your profits maybe in the future!
